ILS Integration Request Form

Cat & Class configures your ILS integration on your behalf. Complete this form and we will handle all technical setup within 2 business days.

InstructionsComplete this form with your IT administrator. Do not share personal login credentials. Only the dedicated API credentials created for Cat & Class are required. See Section 5 for secure credential transfer.

Important for all ILS typesCreate credentials dedicated to Cat & Class only. Never share personal staff login credentials.

Credential Details (Non-Sensitive Fields Only)

Do not enter Client Secrets, API Keys, or passwords here. Share those securely using Section 5.

Koha: Client ID from API clients. Alma: leave blank. FOLIO: service account username.

Secure Credential Transfer

API credentials must never be sent over email or messaging apps. Use one of these two secure methods.

Option A: 1Password (Recommended)

  1. After submitting, contact info@catandclass.com to request a 1Password share link
  2. Open the link and enter your Client Secret or API Key
  3. Cat & Class receives it with a full audit trail and automatic expiry

Option B: Bitwarden Send (Free)

  1. Go to send.bitwarden.com
  2. Select Text, enter your Client Secret or API Key
  3. Set deletion to 48 hours, max access count to 2
  4. Click Create Send and include the link in your confirmation reply
